A visitor's programme contains one or more acivities during a stay in Berlin. An activity can be for example lodging, guiding (tours), day trips, shuttle services, table reservations in exquisit restaurants/bars, ticket reservations for the theater and at last but not least the support by the agent when in Berlin.
